Due to continued growth, SPEC Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Maintenance Sales Executive, who will be able to develop the maintenance sales provision and take SPEC Ltd forward.
This role will be based from our Bromsgrove office with travel throughout Midlands and further when necessary. You will be organised and be able to communicate and engage with Directors down to site maintenance staff for the maintenance and 24 hour support department. You must be able to work within this dynamic and fast paced environment.
Although it would be advantageous to have an electrical knowledge/background, it is not essential as full training will be provided for this role.
Job Description – the below list of tasks will incorporate other items as and when required
* Use the existing SPEC Ltd data list to generate new sales, updating on a daily basis and adding new leads
* Convert new and existing quotes into sales
* Feed into existing UK sales team on a regular basis
* Act as a main point for existing customers within the Midlands area
* Full use of the in-house CRM system – inputting information, adding equipment & contact details
* Place orders with suppliers where necessary
This is a full-time role with negotiable salary dependant on experience.

SPEC Ltd are currently requesting CVs from substation Test and Commissioning engineers who have experience in new or existing substation test and commissioning works due to expansion. The ideal candidate should be fully conversant with all common manufacturers, types and styles of electronic, electro-mechanical and mechanical relays.
We currently have work UK wide, offshore and internationally on many types of installations from switchgear servicing, enhancements and new projects. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a good work history in either the contracting industry or DNO supply authority. Successful candidates will be issued with good rates of pay, company van, specialist tools, phone and expense account to cover working away. Typical installations likely to be encountered are general substation installations and upgrades, wind farm installations, planned and reactive maintenance to existing substations. Ideally the candidate must be able to carry out switching up to and including 11 kv and be part of a callout rota system to support the circa 2000 UK wide HV Client sites.
